Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the passport for all the guests for registration with the building. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the passport should be the same on your Airbnb account.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

11:00 AM – 1 PM - 135 AED

5 PM onwards – Purchase cost of an extra night

***We don't provide extra towels, sheets, or bedding.

Guests will receive the following necessities free of cost. So you can start your vacations or business trips worry-free:

Two full rolls of toilet paper
Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap
Some tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and salt
Trash bags in all dust bins

***Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guests as our all properties are self-catered.

-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of AED500 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! AED2000 fee will be incurred if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

Visitors are allowed, but please note that you must obtain approval from us in advance. Additionally, guests are not permitted to stay overnight.

-Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form to receive all check-in instructions, and a passport is required for all adult guests.

Please expect some changes with the color of the sofa, bedding, and bed frame but the size and the layout are the same, some furniture changed as we wanted to improve our apartment and for the guest liking.

This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
